Introductory fee- 10%

We provide a superior lettings and management service for all landlords.

We are experienced at managing and renting properties to release a maximum return on your investment, while ensuring tenancies are seamless as well as being fully compliant for your protection.

Management Fee - 5%

We offer our clients a fully comprehensive property management service, ensuring you peace of mind. This includes:

  • Managing daily issues, and being a first point of contact
  • Rent collection
  • Cost effective maintenance and repairs

Throughout our time in the business we have built a vast network of qualified contractors able to carry out most building work at highly competitive rates. We will always aim to notify landlords prior to carrying out any non-essential work. We provide monthly itemised statements for all our management properties, giving you control over your finances with regular monthly fees.


We will vet any prospective tenants prior to arranging any viewings, and we will accompany prospective tenants to the property. Viewings are strictly by appointment.


Once we have secured a suitable tenant (s) for your property, we will ensure full references are carried out which include credit report, landlord references, employment and salary confirmation, and photo ID. We also carry out the right to rent check in line with the immigration act.

Only once we have satisfactory references, will we put tenants forward to you for your approval. Thereafter the tenancy will be drawn up and all other legal documents will be prepared to ensure all legal requirements are met.

Notes for Landlords:

It is advised that you should notify your Mortgage Lender if necessary that you are letting your property. We also advise that you notify any insurance provider you may have relating to the property. If your property is leasehold, you may also be required to notify the freeholder.

In some boroughs of London it’s a legal requirement to have a licence for rental properties regardless of size and number of occupants. This can vary slightly between local authorities, we advised that you contact us or visit the relevant borough’s website for further details.

It is also mandatory to provide any new tenants with a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), a Gas Safe Inspection report, and a how to rent guide prior to the start of tenancy.

Non UK Resident Landlords:

If you are going to reside outside of the UK for the duration of the tenancy, we are bound under the Taxes Management Act 1970, Section 78 and 83 to assess you at the basic rate of income tax (variable) due from rents we collect on your behalf if you are not "self-assessing" your own tax. Alternatively if you provide us with confirmation from HMRC that you are “self-assessing” we will not be required to make any deductions.
